'Looking North - Revealed Landscapes of the North West' 7 - 21 May 2014
A selection of my work is included in the exciting new exhibition 'Looking North' at Contemporary Six Gallery in the Royal Exchange Arcade, Manchester City Centre. The exhibition runs for 2 weeks from 7 - 21 May and features the work of 4 leading northern landscape artists.
Macclesfield Barnaby Festival - 14 - 29 June 2014
As part of the Macclesfield Barnaby Festival, I will be exhibiting with the ArtsXstra group of artists on the second floor of the historic building Charles Roe House on Chestergate in Macclesfield town centre. Open daily from 11:00am - 4:00pm.
Warrington Pyramid - 2 - 31 July 2014
Throughout August a selection of my work will be on display as part of the Contemporary Six Gallery Summer Exhibition in the Royal Exchange Arcade, Manchester City Centre. The Preview Day is Saturday 2 August 10am - 5pm - Do come along if you get the chance!
Contemporary Six Gallery Summer Exhibition - August 2014
During July, a selection of my work will be on display at The Pyramid in Warrington town centre as part of the Incubation Arts exhibition 'Let There Be Light'. Situated in Warrington’s Cultural Quarter, the Pyramid, Parr Hall and Warrington Museum & Art Gallery form Culture Warrington.
I am delighted to announce that my picture 'Lord's Bridge' (shown above right) was the winner of the Visitor's Choice Award at the Cheshire Open Studios Open Art Exhibition 2014 held in Chester. Thanks to everyone who visited the exhibition and voted for their favourite artwork!
In conjunction with Cheshire Open Studios 2014 and Heritage Open Days, I will be exhibiting alongside members of Incubation Arts in the historic Charles Roe House in Chestergate, Macclesfield town centre during September. This free exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to explore a listed Georgian building, meet artists and discuss their work. Open 13-21 September and again from 27-28 September
New Exhibition at Seven Miles Out, Stockport 3 - 26 October 2014
During October I will be exhibiting with a small group of professional artists at the truly wonderful Seven Miles Out in the Market Place, Stockport Old Town (directly opposite the Market Hall). The Exhibition, 'The Event Horizon' features a wide variety of my work alongside painting, sculpture and ceramics and the local author and physicist Nick Mee will be launching his new popular science book 'Gravity'. The Preview Evening on Friday 3 October 7pm - 9pm will also include live music and promises to be a fantastic evening for art in Stockport - diverse, engaging, friendly and fun in the most welcoming Arts Centre in the North West. Please come along and join us for a glass of wine, meet the artists and discuss their work.
